Purchase & Payment Methods
To purchase any of our items you can do so via this secure online store. Alternatively you can call on 0412 432 775 to place a telephone order.
To pay for items purchased you can do so by Credit Card (MASTERCARD or VISA only), or by PayPal.
You can also pay by money order or direct deposit.
Postage within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $5.00 AUD.
Postage of orders over $100.00 AUD within Australia are FREE.
Our warehouse does its best to dispatch your order with 24 hours of purchase. On most occasions if your order is placed before 3pm (AEST) your order will be dispatched on the same day. All orders are dispatched from Melbourne and we use Australia Post Regular Satchels. Depending on where you are located within the Australia Post network, you should expect to receive your order within 1-4 days from the day of ordering (slightly longer for rural and regional areas).
For International deliveries, postage starts from $15.00 AUD. Upon placing an order with an International delivery address, we will contact you via email to confirm your international address and to arrange payment of any additional postage prior to your order being shipped. Delivery is via International Airmail and may take up to two weeks.
Terms & Conditions on Exchanges and Faulty Items
Vespa & The Ladybird will be happy to exchange your purchase for another size provided it is returned to us unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
As we use Australia Post to ship our products, shipping costs are non-refundable. For an exchange of size you will be required to ship the item back to us and you will be charged $7.50 for the new item to be shipped back to you.
If an item is faulty, you will have the choice of an exchange or a full refund of the original price plus postage in your original form of payment. You will be credited for the goods once the items have been received and the fault has been assessed.
Sorry, no refunds are offered if you have changed your mind.
