We respect each site visitor's right to personal privacy. Any information that is collected by us will be kept strictly confidential and in no way will be disclosed to any third party or be used in any way that you have not consented to.

Purchase & Payment Methods
To purchase any item from Vespa & The Ladybird you can do so via our secure online store.

To pay for items purchased you can do so by Credit Card (MASTERCARD or VISA only), or by PayPal.

You can also pay by money order or direct deposit.

Delivery
We ship our goods using Parcel Post via regular post (Australia Post) worldwide.

For deliveries throughout Australia please allow 3-4 business days to receive your order. If you are outside the metro area in your state and we expect delivery delays we will be sure to let you know. Should you require faster delivery of your goods, please feel free to let us know and we can arrange for your purchases to be shipped to you via Express Post for an additional $5.00.

For deliveries outside of Australia please allow betwwen 8-10 business days to receive your order (depending on your location).

Terms & Conditions 
Vespa & The Ladybird will be happy to exchange your purchase for another size provided it is returned to us unused and in its original condition within 21 days of purchase.

As we use Australia Post to ship our products, shipping costs are non-refundable. For an exchange of size you will be required to ship the item back to us and you will be charged $5.00 for the new item to be shipped.

If an item is faulty, you will have the choice of an exchange or a full refund of the original price plus postage in your original form of payment. You will be credited for the goods once the items have been received and the fault has been assessed.

No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind.
